The grains behind it have never been successfully recreated in a laboratory. Every grain in existence descends from cultures more than a thousand years old, carried down from the Caucasus, and ours have been kept alive continuously since 2019.

Give the bottle a gentle twist before opening, so the cultures that settle at the bottom spread back through the drink. Serve cold.

*Final glucose and fructose concentration under 1.5%. **Up to 100 million CFU per ml.
