Second only to Strawberry for sheer character, and the sweetest thing we bottle. Deep purple, rounded and full, with none of the sharpness of the citrus-leaning flavours. The colour comes from butterfly-pea flower, fermented in alongside the fruit.
Mangosteen is a fruit that barely travels outside the tropics, which makes this the most distinctly Indonesian thing we make.

Give the bottle a gentle twist before opening, so the cultures that settle at the bottom spread back through the drink. Serve cold.
