Our goat milk kefir is made from certified premium organic grassfed goat milk, naturally raised on the foothills of Mount Salak, West Java. Fermented with live kefir grains in a temperature controlled incubator to maintain consistency for 24 to 48 hours.
Goat Milk Kefir is generally considered more easily digestible than cow milk due to its smaller casein protein globules and smaller fat globules, which allows for faster breakdown. It also contains higher levels of certain minerals and vitamins, such as vitamin K2 and magnesium.
